This job is based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of working hybrid.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:

  • 5 years of demonstrable experience in time and attendance systems management or payroll processing.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Analyze existing time and attendance processes for optimization and automation.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Payroll to establish global time and attendance policies.
  • Assist in defining a strategic roadmap for time and attendance solutions.
  • Define modules for accurate tracking, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Manage configuration, testing, data migration, and post-go-live support.
  • Develop user guides and conduct training sessions for end-users.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and monitor service agreements.
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.Stay updated on industry trends to recommend system enhancements.

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience with different time and attendance systems such as: UKG Kronos , Gaia, Ceridian Dayforce, Local Systems.
  • Experience leading and aligning global teams with multiple functions.
  • Experience with time and attendance systems integration with payroll vendors for successful end to end payroll processing.
  • Proficient understanding of workforce management processes, including time and attendance, scheduling, labor management, and reporting.
  • Proficient in system configuration and customization of time and attendance technologies.
  • Superb communication skills with the ability to train users effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Fluent in the English language
