Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
In this position, the ideal candidate will be the first person that guests see upon entry and therefore be the ‘face’ of Johnsonville’s Watertown facility. They will greet guests in person and over the phone, directing calls to appropriate parties. In addition, they will be responsible for reconciling all hourly timecards for accuracy in pay and adherence to our timekeeping guidelines. This position also has the opportunity to take on additional tasks and work within our Member Services Team to support member engagement. This will include various tasks and project work as needed.
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working in a professional environment with direct customer service is desired
EXPERIENCE:
- Kronos Software experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years of production experience or equivalent preferred
- Word and Excel Software experience
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Bilingual – English/Spanish highly preferred
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Ability to maintain professional confidentiality
- Consistent, detailed, organized work style
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Excellent attendance is required
- Flexibility of schedule/potential weekend hours as needed
- Willingness to support multiple teams and take on additional work as needed

Responsibilities:
TIMEKEEPING RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily editing for Timecards (Kronos Software)
- Coach members on inconsistencies in daily editing in Kronos
- Help administer the attendance guidelines for hourly members
- Maintain PTO and other accruals for hourly members
- Train Coaches, Team Leaders, & Assistant Team Leaders on Kronos processes and Johnsonville Attendance Guidelines
- Update Timekeeping guidelines and process documentation
- Maintain Kronos information for new members and associates
- Sending temp labor hours to their respective agency every week
- Adhere to timekeeping best practices within established guidelines and research and resolve any new situations that arise to be compliant with applicable laws and regulations
- Work collaboratively with Johnsonville leaders and members to resolve timekeeping concerns
- Verify new member information into systems to maintain member records (i.e. new hire, transfers, change of status, etc.)
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serving as a backup to the Production Reporter position which will require the use of our internal SAP system
- Processing of temp labor invoices and sending to payroll for processing
- Creating security badges
- Greeting guests at the window throughout the day
- Answering the front desk phone and direct calls
- Ordering of office/breakroom supplies and maintaining inventory
- Assisting with candidate applications
- Lead and administer vendor/contractor policies
- Miscellaneous tasks and project work as needed
