Job Description
- Maintain and update launch timing documentation, including milestones and validation timelines.
- Coordinate program change control notices and ensure distribution to program management, integrators, and support teams.
- Analyze and suggest operational improvements for General Assembly manufacturing equipment launches.
- Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for program deliverables.
- Support program management by coordinating the timely delivery of launch materials and equipment.
- Communicate any changes in launch timing to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide onsite support to resolve launch timing issues by coordinating with project management, integrators, and engineers.
- Serve as the point of contact for program management, integrator support, and engineering matters.
- Manage and distribute open issue/action register items, ensuring alignment with critical timelines.
- Maintain and update financial documentation for the launch program, tracking expenditures and forecasting future funding needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with program management and manufacturing launch processes.
- Strong knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial tracking.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and departments.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in project management tools.
- Problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational improvements.
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate with various teams during the launch phase.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables and timelines.
