He angitūtanga: the opportunity
Reporting to the Farm & Site Manager, this permanent, full-time role is integral to the seamless coordination and completion of day-to-day tasks across the Oyster Shore operations.
The focus of the role will be to oversee on a daily basis the Shore Worker Team, coordinating and allocating tasks, ensuring a safe work environment and that all tasks and duties carried out on the shore and grading area are completed on time, and to the required standard.

KEY SKILLS:

  • Ideally you will have oyster industry experience or worked within a manufacturing, processing environment
  • Forklift & Heavy vehicle Class 2
  • Lead by example, doing the mahi and encouraging others to deliver results
  • Can do attitude, thinks outside the box and is a problem solver
  • Physically fit and enjoy the outdoors
  • Full Driver’s Licence
