REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
- Recently graduated or in the last year of studies with a master’s or bachelor’s degree in business (economics, finance)
- Proficiency in English (preferred as C1 or above)
- Proficient in MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proactive and action oriented
- Strong verbal & written communication skills

Responsibilities:
As the FP&A Intern for Western Europe Medtronic’s Structural Heart and Aortic operating units, you will:
- Analyze market dynamics, revenue, margins and expenses of our products and regions, and coordinate operational actions to drive growth and profitability
- Learn by organizing and driving finance performance reviews with Western Europe countries’ leaders
- Update and advance our reporting to answer new needs in a fast-changing environment. Leverage Data Science tools, software and techniques to build insightful analysis.
- Contribute actively to FP&A activities, including current quarter and rolling forecasts, as well as the annual operating plan cycle.
- Support finance business partners, marketing and business teams to monitor expense
Internship details:
- Start date: December 2024
- Working hours: 40 h/week
- Location: Milan
- Work model: hybrid – 2 days in the office
- Duration: 6 months with possibility to extend for another 6 months
