We’re looking for a Title Clerk (Part-Time role) in North East, MD and is considered a fully on-site role.
In this role you’ll be responsible for processing vehicle titles accurately and efficiently, and in accordance with company and state agency requirements. Collect, review and process titles and/or Bill of Sales and Power of Attorneys for assets that transact on the company marketplaces (standard, salvage, rebuilt, etc.). Perform lien/UCC searches for assets listed on the company marketplaces to ensure clean and proper transfer of ownership and required payoffs to potential lenders or third parties.
Handle administrative office functions such as data entry, title tracking, word processing, filing, copying, scanning, shredding, etc.Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and check in titles
  • Verify that information on title matches system information
  • Use various computer systems to track and maintain titles
  • Communicating with various departments to resolve title issues
  • Assist customers at front counter with sale and title related questions
  • Adjust taxes and or add system notes as required
  • Assist our Customer Service Representatives with other tasks as needed
