Job Title: Title Clerk
Location: Milford Chrysler Sales – Milford, PA
Milford Chrysler Sales is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our professional team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in our dealership operations, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of vehicle titles and registrations while contributing to our culture of excellence and customer satisfaction. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current Notary Public certification and/or Pennsylvania Automobile Association (PAA) certification is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Title Clerk or in a similar role in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of DMV regulations and vehicle title processing procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and dealership management software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Title Processing: Accurately prepare, submit, and process vehicle title and registration documentation in compliance with state and dealership requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all transactions meet DMV and state regulatory standards, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Coordination: Work closely with sales, finance, and service teams to secure and verify all necessary documentation for title processing.
  • Customer & Agency Interaction: Serve as a professional liaison with customers, lenders, and state agencies to address title-related inquiries or issues.
  • Record Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all title transactions, ensuring timely follow-up on pending titles.
  • General Office Duties: Perform clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining an efficient and professional workspace.
