Description:

Counsellors Title Agency, an industry leading title agency, is currently recruiting for a Title Officer with residential and commercial experience! Counsellors Title is one of the fastest growing title agencies in the New Jersey.

Primary job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Review preliminary title reports to determine insurability, with primary accountability for all title underwriting requirements
  • Reviews and approves title in accordance with Company procedures and guidelines determines curative requirements needed to insure the transaction
  • Reviews customer instructions to determine whether instructions can be met within the limits of the policy requested and the scope of services rendered by the company
