Description:

  • Complete different types of DMV forms like repo applications and affidavits and ships these applications to the DMV or Tag Agent to obtain a repo title, a re-title or a duplicate.
  • Reassigns both retail and lease title to dealers and adds to dealer shipment.
  • Complete requests for release of liens, copies of contract and or titles, and paid-in-full letters.
  • Become a notary
  • Strong attention to detail, is dependable and follows through.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Strong work ethic
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people throughout the organization.
  • Willingness to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image.
