Salary: Starting from £28,196 (dependant on qualification and experience)
Job Type: Fulltime/Permanent/Mon-Fri/40 Hours

We are looking for a full time, Level 3 or above qualified Room Leader for our Toddler room to join our Bright Horizons Windsor situated in Windsor, located just outside Windsor town centre, 5 minutes from the M4 and close to Windsor Riverside and Central Train Stations.
The beautiful 80-place setting features 4 spacious rooms, all well-resourced with natural and handmade resources and furniture, as well as a great garden area where the children enjoy growing flowers and fruits! this nursery is proudly Ofsted rated ‘Good’.

• Lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education
• Ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children, across both the indoor and outdoor areas
• Deliver and plan rich learning opportunities and exceptional care, to help all children to develop and meet their individual milestones
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and/or carers, as well as other professionals, to meet the individual needs of each child
• Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding
• Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment
