We are looking for an Tool Room Supervisor to join our Molex CCS team in Siemianowice Śląskie, Poland.

WHO YOU ARE (BASIC QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Knowledge of the process involved in building and repairing injection moulds
  • Proven experience in managing a team
  • Communicative knowledge of the English language

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the tooling engineers and tooling technicians
  • Tool maintenance and repair
  • Manage customer property according to warranty agreement
  • Manage spare parts stock level
  • Introduction of new tools
  • FAT, SAT and support of tool validation
  • Tool status and planning of overhauls
  • Gives guidance and advise for maintenance activities on tools
  • Improve existing tools
