QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have:
• Engineering Foundations: A time-served apprenticeship in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Grinding Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Cylindrical and Surface Grinding machines.
• Tooling Know-How: Understanding of Mould tools and how they fit together, with the ability to work to tight tolerances.
• Technical Savvy: Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings with ease.
• Nice to Have:
• Advanced Qualifications: HNC in Mechanical or General Engineering.
• Tool Room Experience: Significant experience in a Toolroom environment, showcasing your ability to excel in a specialized setting.

• Master the Machines: Program, set, and operate both Cylindrical and Surface Grinding machines with precision.
