WHO YOU ARE

  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps, troubleshooting performance issues, writing basic to mid-level queries, and developing Dashboards.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft PowerAutomate, PowerApps and PowerBI
  • Experience with data manipulation, Formula creation, Charts and graphs, Pivot tables
  • Excellent technical problem-solving skills, a proactive mind-set with a focus on constant improvement and follow through at all levels
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly, and concisely present complicated computer concepts to end-users with differing skill levels
  • Experience of project and programme management processes and data sets is desirable
  • High level of energy and flexibility to get things done and thrive in a fast-paced, agile, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior EPMO Manager and working closely with Data Analytics Manager, the Tooling & Analytics Specialist (Azure DevOps) will be responsible for:

  • Day-to-day maintenance of the Vodafone UK Azure DevOps (ADO) Portfolio Management data repository;
  • Provide first and second line support to stakeholders from across the business, troubleshooting issues and supporting further development of the tool;
  • Development and maintenance of additional tooling to support reporting requirements (e.g. PowerApps);
  • Data validation, identifying anomalies and data accuracy issues and the development of solutions to improve overall reporting;
  • Pinpointing opportunities for automation and developing tools and processes to support this;
  • Support in the development of new dashboards, reports and reporting mechanisms to report on key performance indicators and provide detailed trend analysis and recommendations to a broad range of stakeholders;
  • Maintain relationships with key data stakeholders across VFUK to ensure data consistency and one version of the truth.
