Your favourite drink? Regardless of what it is – it could well be that it was manufactured with the aid of our digitalization solutions.
Why? Because Syskron GmbH is a proud part of Krones.digital – an international community of digital experts within the Krones Group. We are fans of cutting-edge technologies and develop innovative services and solutions that are used in every fourth beverage bottle worldwide. We are all united by the mission to do more than just tick boxes on to-do lists: We want to create real added value for our customers and optimise beverage and liquid food production wherever there is still room for improvement, thereby making our contribution to a sustainable and better future.
Yes, that is ambitious! But we have a plan to make it happen: With people who seize opportunities, are passionate about their ideas and believe in the power of our team. With an open ear, respectful dialogue and mutual support – in the office, from home, from anywhere in the world. With creative freedom and an inspiring environment that drives you forward and helps you to develop personally. That gives you security and leaves room for your life outside work.
Let’s create impact beyond tomorrow – are you in?

Responsibilities:

  • As a key user, your responsibilities will focus on the use of the Jira and Confluence applications within the Krones.digitial community.
  • You will take care of the continuous further development of our tool landscape within the framework of agile multi-project management and develop well-founded concepts for new requirements.
  • As the central point of contact for colleagues and management, you will be involved in the evaluation, introduction and implementation of systems in the process environment.
  • In coordination with representatives from the development teams (e.g. Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches), you will be in charge of defining guidelines and standards for efficient tool utilisation within Krones.digital.
  • Through training, documentation and individual coaching, you ensure that the applications we support are used in the best possible way.
  • You will work closely with relevant stakeholders from the specialist departments (e.g. release and test management, DevOps or security) to continuously optimise and automate their processes.
  • You coordinate the interfaces between the tools we are responsible for and other company applications (e.g. PPM, JFrog, ServiceNow, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Power BI, Salesforce).
  • You are an important contact person for all matters relating to Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), both within Krones.digital and for other areas of the Group.
