WORK EXPERIENCE

ROLE PURPOSE

The Tooling Technician band CC provides excellent support to the Tooling area, repairing high tolerance molds, provide solutions to repair molds by himself, decision making

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Mold Construction (Cavities, Cores, Inserts, etc)
• Corrective Mold Maintenance
• Mold preventive maintenance
• EC Implementation
• Mold Insert Change
• New Mold Check list
• Electrical and Hydraulic mold maintenance
• Electrical and Hydraulic mold repair
• Handling of precision workshop machinery (Wire EDM, Sink EDM)
• Kaizen Implementation
• Measurement Tools
• Hot Runner Analysis and repair.
