Demonstrating an understanding of tax concepts and effectively applying tax knowledge to client situations.
- Developing and delivering innovative tax planning ideas with timely and responsive services and work product that meets or exceeds client expectations.

- Leading the development of recommendations and implementation plans.

Responsibilities:
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Senior Manager, you will participate in and supervise multiple, complex and challenging tax consulting engagements and contribute to the delivery of innovative tax planning ideas for our diverse clients.

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE YOU MUST HAVE
A bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting; or a graduate degree in tax or law
A U.S. CPA designation or be an active member, in good standing of a state bar, or an IRS enrolled agent
- Over 7 years of related work experience including
- leading U.S. tax compliance engagements for corporations and partnerships
- U.S. tax provisions for public and private companies.
- technical writing and research in a tax context
- Proven project management and organization skills, and a successful track record of leading and managing teams
- The ability to communicate complex tax issues to non-tax professionals and clients
- Strong business development skills and ability to assist in new business pursuits.
- The ability to develop long-term client relationships and identify opportunities and risk to improve client service.
