We are a growing team looking for a Total Rewards Analyst in the people department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Amsterdam office.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Director Global Total Reward, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to compensation and benefits function as well partnering with the wider global people team. Although you will be based in Amsterdam, the role will have close working relationships with colleagues across all sennder locations.
- This position will have a very high level of understanding of all compensation processes and as such will have a key role in supporting the Sr Director Global Total Reward in defining the data driven Global Total Rewards Strategy. The role will be accountable for accuracy, compliance of the full suite of compensation reports and analytics
- Driving improvements into the compensation activities will be key role for this position, ensuring that we are aligned with the market and adequately differentiated to attract and retain the best talent in the locations where we operate. The role has additional requirements in understanding the context of equity plans in order to support the Sr Director Global Total Rewards with ensuring that equity plans are always up to date and all the relevant reporting is timely and accurate.
- The role will have the autonomy to prioritise, resolve and improve any decisions and processes as well as lead Total Reward projects of organisation wide impact
