Job Purpose
The Total Rewards Coordinator will provide total reward support to the business, focusing on the Employee Benefits Platform, Employee Benefits and Pension Plans and providing assistance with compensation data analysis to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of Total Reward activities for the UK & North Europe.

Job Description

  • Well organised, with ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail under pressure
  • Strong understanding and respect for confidentiality

  • Strong desire and ability to work well within a small team with willingness to support others, but also self-directing and able to work autonomously
  • Good standard of education, with a willingness or desire to undertake further education specific to the role

Main Accountabilities

  • Providing total reward support and guidance and taking a hands-on approach to delivery
  • Coordination of employee benefit plans such as medical, risk and flex
  • Administration of all Company Pension Plans
  • Arrange and attend Pension Plan governance meetings
  • Responding to employee benefit queries in the employee benefits mailbox
  • Assisting with the successful delivery of annual flexible benefits renewals, arranging benefit fairsand provider webinars with recordings across the UK
  • Assisting with flexible benefit platform testing at annual renewal
  • Supporting the Total Reward team deliver campaign communications and providing employees with regular benefit updates
  • Ensure reward materials and resources are active and up-to-date
  • Assisting the total reward team with maintaining and developing processes and procedures
  • Responsible for ensuring accuracy of benefits data within the flexible benefits platform by performing regular data integrity and audit checks
  • Escalation to our flexible benefit platform provider of any issues or errors within the platform and coordinate resolutions
  • Ensuring benefits invoices are reviewed and processed in a timely manner
  • Provide ad-hoc support for the Senior Compensation Analyst and Senior Reward Advisor
  • Working collaboratively by providing ad-hoc Total Reward project support as required
  • Developing and maintaining positive, collaborative working relationships with all staff, external providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure the reputation of the Total Reward team as a customer focused function
  • Develop further knowledge by attending seminars, networking events and local industry forum
