This role is responsible for all elements of leading the payroll, benefits, leaves, and compensation practices. This includes employment for individuals throughout the United States and Canada. We are a fast-growing and innovative team and are looking for the right person to help support our growth and all of our team members.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Management/Finance or related field preferred
  • A minimum of 10 years related HR experience, at least 7 of these years focused in payroll, multi-state taxes, and reporting, international taxes and reporting, and benefits management
  • Thorough knowledge of HR principles and federal/state/local regulations and laws and ability to stay current on laws and regulations that would impact the business
  • Highly analytical, accurate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential
  • Strong knowledge of payroll and benefits across the US, Canada, and International preferred
  • Experience in Payroll and HRIS systems such as Paylocity or something similar
  • Exhibit extraordinary discretion, flexibility, and willingness to work closely with various teams
