Description:
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional) are advantageous.
- Certification: SHRM-CP, PHR or similar preferred
- 3-5 years Human Resources work experience
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and market trends.
- Familiarity with applicable employment laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision-making and program enhancements.
- Effective project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, develop creative solutions, and influence key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management systems. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modeling.
Responsibilities:
- Total Rewards Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy that supports the organization’s business goals, values, and culture.
- Compensation Management: Design and administer the organization’s compensation programs, including job architecture, salary structures, incentive plans, and recognition programs. Conduct market research to ensure the competitiveness of compensation packages. Partner with VP, People & Culture on pay strategies and reviews.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefit programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other voluntary benefits.
- Recognition and Rewards: Implement and manage employee recognition and rewards program that motivate and reward employees for their contributions.
- Employee Engagement and Education: Develop initiatives to enhance employee understanding and appreciation of the total rewards offerings. Conduct training sessions or workshops to educate employees on various aspects of total rewards. Develop and execute communication plans to communicate with employees on total rewards policies, changes or updates.
- Employee Satisfaction: Action on feedback from employee surveys, stay and exit interviews as it relates to total rewards offerings, to assess areas of risk and improvement.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies related to compensation and benefits. Prepare reports and dashboards on total rewards metrics, including compensation and benefits costs, market competitiveness, and employee satisfaction. Ensure total rewards programs comply with relevant employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and brokers to evaluate, select, and manage benefits providers and other relevant third-party services. Negotiate contracts and review service agreements
