Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in the similar position
  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management, Economics, Finance or similar
  • Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems
  • Exposure to the Hay Method of Job Evaluation
  • Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Ability to understand the enterprise perspective and make short and long-term decisions based on this direction
  • Ability to consult & collaborate and possess a solution-based approach
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Process improvement mindset
  • Familiarity with labor/employment regulations in any country or countries that fall within the Europe, South Africa, ANZ and Central Asia markets

Responsibilities:

  • Lead effective execution of Rewards programs to drive a pay-for-performance philosophy
  • Consult, guide and provide expertise to HR & Business leaders on rewards matters and ensure smooth execution
  • Ensure employees’ compensation & benefits are in compliance with the statutory requirements and local labor laws
  • Support the company philosophy to provide a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package aligned to the company’s strategy and business goals.
  • Structure compensation in ways that yield the highest value for the organization
  • Participate in market benchmarking studies and provide support in designing, aligning and maintaining pay structure, merit budgets, pay ranges and benefit plan in alignment with the market practices
  • Develop and analyze market reports to determine competitive positioning
  • Custodian of job descriptions and job evaluation results
  • Lead simple to moderately complex projects for the regions/markets. Participate in global COE projects as assigned
  • Evaluate Benefits practices & programs through research, surveys and analysis of benefit trends for specific countries and/or all countries within the regions/markets
  • Participate in annual processing cycle to prepare necessary data and files for the Europe, South Africa, ANZ and Central Asia markets. Partner with HR as required to confirm accuracy of data
  • Use various methods and techniques and support data-based decisions on compensation & benefits related programs
  • Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends and best practices
