The island is one of the closest Whitsunday islands to the mainland (Airlie Beach) with spectacular 30-minute ferry ride to work each day.

DESCRIPTION:

This is a dual role between Activities and Front Office where you will be responsible for Guest Tour bookings. The focus of this position is to ensure the highest level of customer service is offered and maintained at all times to all guests.
Ensure professionalism and accuracy with information and billing for tours
Ensure guest requirements are accurately recorded and operator bookings made promptly
Good knowledge of Tours and local surroundings
The ability to up sell activities on the Island
Follow procedures for cash and security
Maintain a positive selling approach to maximise commission and revenue opportunities

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

Previous administration experience
Good communication skills required displaying solid professional attitude
Current First Aid Certificate is a definite advantage
Good knowledge of the Whitsunday Islands
Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
