Qualifications and Essential Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- At least five years of experience in sales management, preferably within the tourism or hospitality industry.
- Strong public relations and communication skills are a must.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in achieving sales targets and effective resource allocation.
- Fluency in Mandarin is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent organisational and leadership abilities

Responsibilities:
- Manage Tour Bookings and Communication: Oversee tour group bookings and liaise with tour operators, leaders, and local guides to provide product information and address special requests.
- Manage Day-to-Day Sales Operations: Supervise daily sales activities to ensure smooth operations, monitor staff performance, and maintain high service standards.
- Staff Management: Assess tour bookings to schedule adequate staff based on demand. Motivate the sales team to achieve targets while recruiting and training new employees to ensure high performance and service standards.
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute effective strategies to maximise tour group sales and improve customer loyalty.
- Monitor Sales Performance: Track and analyse sales results, making adjustments to strategies as needed to meet targets.
- Explore New Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase sales.
- Promote the Brand: Represent Farmers Corner at negotiations, conventions, and public events to enhance brand image and reputation.

Hours of Work: The hours of work may range from 35 to 45 hours per week, depending on the seasonal demands of the business, with increased hours during peak periods and reduced hours during off-peak times.
