What you’ll be doing…
McArthurGlen Designer Outlet is on the hunt for a tourism sales expert. You will contribute to and implement a tourism strategy for the Designer Outlet, in alignment with McArthurGlen’s Corporate Tourism Strategy and maximize revenue potential through increased Tax-Free sales and a growing international visitor base.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the trade partnership
  • Developing sales strategies
  • Delivery Tourism operation excellency in centre

To be successful you’ll bring…

  • Qualifications: Preferably a qualification in marketing and/or tourism.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in sales and business development, with a preference for experience in the German tourism and travel trade sectors.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and German.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, intermediate skills in Excel and Outlook.
  • Attributes: Sales-oriented and results-driven with a keen sense of commercial awareness. Creative and strategic thinker, highly motivated by achieving targets and objectives and the willingness to travel within Europe.
