JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Tourism Agent, you will play a key role in assisting customers with travel inquiries, booking tours, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing client travel plans, offering insightful recommendations, and ensuring seamless execution of tours and activities.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Previous experience in tourism, travel, or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Passion for travel and tourism, with a desire to share that enthusiasm with others.
• Knowledge of Dubai’s tourist attractions, hotels, and local services.

• Assist customers with inquiries about travel packages, tours, and local experiences in Dubai.
• Manage booking and reservation systems to ensure accurate and timely service.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
• Maintain and develop relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Stay up-to-date with local tourism trends, attractions, and services.
• Coordinate with tour operators and vendors for smooth execution of services.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
