OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Towing and Recovery Operator to join our team. This role is essential for providing safe and efficient towing services to our clients in various situations, including breakdowns, accidents, and recovery operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and customer service skills, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to quality service.
EXPERIENCE
Candidates should ideally have experience in the following areas:
- Automotive repair: Familiarity with vehicle systems and the ability to perform minor repairs is beneficial.
- Commercial driving: A valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is preferred for operating larger towing vehicles.
- Customer service: Strong interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with clients in stressful situations.
- Mechanical knowledge: A solid understanding of automotive mechanics will aid in effective problem-solving during recovery tasks.
