YOUR FUTURE ROLE

Take on a new challenge and apply your leadership and engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
You’ll lead a team in implementing state-of-the-art ERTMS level 2 baseline 3 signalling technology, enhancing the passenger experience by optimizing punctuality and capacity. • Encouraging and evaluating team members, fostering their development in cooperation with HR
  • Being accountable for process, methods, and tools deployment within your scope
  • Reviewing workload forecasts, managing capacity, and staffing projects/bids and programs efficiently
  • Committing to Quality Cost Delivery (QCD) metrics related to your domain

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or related scientific subjects
  • Experience or understanding of complex development environments (railways, automotive, aerospace, etc.)
  • Knowledge of engineering processes and project/program management

  • Proven ability to work with cross-regional teams and established networking skill
