Description:
Responsibilities:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Trackworker to join our Hughenden based Track team, who look after the track maintenance around the Hughenden area and beyond.
In this role you will responsible for performing heavy manual labour duties including replacing railway sleepers and a variety of other track maintenance tasks.
This position is constantly in the field so you must be able to work in challenging weather conditions and high temperatures.
In this role you will:
- Assist in the repair and maintenance of the railway track
- Perform outdoor labouring duties throughout the region (including flood repair and other emergency work)
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently
