140 years of Swiss railway history meet modern solutions for green mobility in Zurich. With 300 colleagues, our Zurich site servs as a global competence center for high-performance traction technology and a development hub for locomotives, bogies, mechanical and electrical systems, as well as services for the local and global markets. Our product line Rolling Stock & Components offers products from the broadest portfolio in the rail industry. Our innovation focus is on green and smart solutions, including emission-free propulsion systems such as batteries and hydrogen. You’ll report to Udo Sorg, Traction Control Site Metier Manage, and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

- Degree in Electrical engineering (MSc, BSc) with a specialization in power electronics and/or control systems
- Good knowledge of power converters, IGBT devices, traction systems and motors
- Advanced knowledge of control techniques and Microcontroller, DSP, FPGA programming
- Good knowledge of simulation tools (Matlab/Simulink, PLECS)
- Software development experience
- German and English fluently, other languages are an advantag
