QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business, economics, or any other business-related field) required.
  • Minimum 1+ year working in Trade Promotion Management solutions.
  • Highly organized and dependable.
  • Comfortable working in diverse, fast-paced environment, adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Has experience working in sales forecasting.
  • Has experience with systems implementation and business best practices.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrating objectivity, delivering results, and showing initiative.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with vendors and colleagues in a thoughtful and attentive manner.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Hybrid office environment with flexibility for industry events.
    Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
    The expected salary range for this position is $73,800 - $110,800 annually and is bonus eligible. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Liquid I.V. is looking for a Trade Analyst to join our Trade Management team and help lead the implementation and steady state operations of the company’s Trade Promotion Management system. This person will partner with Field Sales, Sales Planning, Finance, and other members of the Trade Team to execute Liquid I.V.’s Annual Trade Plan and ensure compliance of trade strategy budgets and guidelines.

FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Partner with Master Data team to load and maintain products and customers into the TPM system.
  • Work with Sales to ensure appropriate baseline forecasts are accurately loaded into the TPM system for new and existing customers.
  • Upload POS and direct sales data into TPM system to track planned vs actuals.
  • Assist with minor updates and approvals to customer promotional plans.
  • Become super-user in TPM system to collaborate with trade managers on new user training and updated processes.
  • Partner with the deduction team as needed to match deductions with promotions and validate that appropriate promotions are in place.
  • Review dashboard reports with trade managers to help identify potential overspends.
  • Work with sales team to obtain and attach contracts to promotional plans in TPM and track adherence as promotions are confirmed.
  • Assist in special projects as needed related to trade promotion entry and maintenance.
