About the Role
- Liaise and communicate effectively with staff from all levels of various organisations, Trade Staff, Trade Coordinator, Trade Supervisor and contractors ensuring work is undertaken in accordance with relevant standards and with minimal disruption to staff and patients.
- Ability to, at times, work under minimal supervision with instructions from the Trade Co-ordinator and Trade Supervisor, ensuring deadlines, specifications and quality standards are met, producing effective work output in terms of both quality and quantity.
- Actively participate in a progressive working environment, participating in working groups, meetings policy & procedure review and development, supporting quality human resource management practices, including Performance Appraisal and Development, Workplace Health and Safety, Equal Employment Opportunity and Anti-discrimination as applied in the workplace with a commitment to zero harm.
