Trade & Building Supplies Team Member – Full time

We are looking for someone who has an interest in the building industry and can deliver exceptional customer service both to our DIY customers and to our Tradies. You will have a willingness to learn building products, materials and their applications, as well as understanding the importance of providing outstanding customer service each and every time to all our customers no matter what their background might be.
This role requires a full current clean driver’s licence, an “F” endorsedforklift licence would be nice, but not necessary.

• Picking and order preparation for delivery
• Customer service
• General Trade Yard duties

• Has some knowledge and experience within this area but is also eager to learn more
• Is physically fit and able to do heavy lifting to support the team
• Have excellent communication skills, organisational and time keeping skills
• Willingness to learn and use initiative, with a quick and alert mind
• A full, clean drivers license is required

Previous retail experience and/or experience within the building industry will be viewed very favourably, but not necessary as training will be provided. If you wish to learn, we want to teach.
This is a full time role with a minimum of 40 hours per week, including one weekend day.
