As a Trade Centre Coordinator, you will be responsible in supporting the ongoing daily operations, sales and high-volume stock management. Reporting directly to your Trade Centre Manager you and your team will be efficient, organized and be the go-to for location for our loyal trade customers and internal sales teams. On site, you will be supported by fellow Coordinators, Customer Services Officers, Team Members/Pickers and Forklift Drivers whilst it is also encouraged to engage with local stores and Nationwide Trade Centres.
Your role will help drive the future Trade Centres at Bunnings, by developing local strategies and business plans that support the overall long-term growth of the Commercial business. You will be required to monitor and measure service levels, liaise with the Commercial Sales teams to educate them on stock levels and delivery capabilities, products plus service that will help drive sales and increase greater knowledge for Best Experience whilst also ensuring our efficiency and effectiveness to delivery.

About you:

• Previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the Trade Sector
• Proven ability to coach and develop others
• Ability to be on your feet assisting with customers
• Hold an open, honest, and respectful communication style
• Have an eagerness to learn about new products.
• Focus on Health and Safety
