REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School education preferably with technical base or administration, logistics or equivalent.
  • Proficient written and spoken English, previous work experience with international team
  • Proficient with MS Office programs (i.e. Excel, Word)
  • Good communication skills - understand issues and to be able to formulate and articulate the most appropriate solutions to resolve them
  • Have the ability to positively influence team / colleagues and customers in a professional manner

Responsibilities:

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strong application and data analysis skills.
  • Assist with internal audits and data gathering
  • Conduct process audits to ensure compliance
  • Develops and continually improves business processes by assisting with process audits and Practical Process Improvement (PPI) projects

Key responsibilities include, but are not exclusively:

  • Customer screening against global watch lists
  • Review of transactions to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Identification of transactions requiring further due diligence and escalation
  • Providing input to leadership for process improvement
