REQUIREMENTS:
- High School education preferably with technical base or administration, logistics or equivalent.
- Proficient written and spoken English, previous work experience with international team
- Proficient with MS Office programs (i.e. Excel, Word)
- Good communication skills - understand issues and to be able to formulate and articulate the most appropriate solutions to resolve them
- Have the ability to positively influence team / colleagues and customers in a professional manner
Responsibilities:
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strong application and data analysis skills.
- Assist with internal audits and data gathering
- Conduct process audits to ensure compliance
- Develops and continually improves business processes by assisting with process audits and Practical Process Improvement (PPI) projects
Key responsibilities include, but are not exclusively:
- Customer screening against global watch lists
- Review of transactions to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Identification of transactions requiring further due diligence and escalation
- Providing input to leadership for process improvement
