- Assist Trade Customers: Provide expert advice on building hardware, timber, and construction materials.
- Process Orders: Handle transactions through POS systems in person, via phone, and email.
- Stock Management: Keep the showroom neat, organised, and well-stocked.
- Collaboration: Work with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Customer Service Excellence: Handle inquiries with a professional, can-do attitude.
