Trade Finance Operations Senior Officer

YOU WILL BE REQUIRE TO

• Checki and authorize all FX Deals, MM Deals and Derivatives
• Check and authorize Securities
• Process Interest Rate and Cross Currency Swaps
• Check the payment instructions
• Input, and authorize of Incoming Customer Payments and Outgoing Customer Payments
• Process Brokerage payments
• Check, process and authorize Journal Entries in the core system
• Check and authorize CLS
• Make sure funding is done on the Nostro Accounts and responsible for Nostro Management transfer
• Set up RMA Static Data Management
• Monitor FX/MM confirmation matching status
• Responsible of reconciling the transactions between Front and Back Office system, on a daily base
• Reconciling of Securities custodian accounts
• Manage End-of-day nostro position reconciliation with Treasury dealers
• Responsible of regulatory DTCC derivatives trade reporting on a daily base
• Maintain static data and data quality in Back Office system
• Liaise and collaborate closely with team members and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transactions
• Support ad-hoc tasks and projects
• To come up with process improvement ideas to drive process efficiency and effectiveness
• Prepare of internal and external reporting including management information

• Prior experience as a settlements processor in a corporate bank
• Has prior hands on experience in inputting deals in the core system manually
• Prior experience working with Midas plus system
• Ideally has prior experience using Kondor+ and Calypso systems
