Trade Finance Specialist (H/F)

Elyah Group, a consulting firm based in Luxembourg, is seeking a Trade Finance Specialist to join one of its prestigious clients in the manufacturing sector.

• Manage Documentary Letters of Credit (LC), including:
• Interfacing with banking institutions.
• Reviewing LC drafts.
• Negotiating LC terms with customers and sales teams.
• Coordinating LC documents with freight forwarders, insurance companies, and inspection agencies.
• Oversee order-to-cash management in collaboration with sales teams:
• Risk assessment and management.
• Reviewing and approving commercial terms for customer orders.
• Handling credit and collection tasks for an assigned portfolio of customers.
• Enforcing terms of sale by ensuring timely follow-up on deposits, pre-shipment payments, and overdue invoices.
• Analyze and approve customer credit, including:
• Conducting credit checks and analyzing reports, references, and financial statements.
• Setting appropriate terms and limits.
• Credit approval and release of customer orders.
• Assist in reconciling receivables and preparing periodic management reports related to accounts receivables.
