Responsibilities:
This position offers a unique chance to work in an environment that values autonomy and flexibility. You will manage a varied and exciting caseload, covering a broad range of industries & clients, including start-ups and SMEs to established multinationals.
Responsibilities will include:
- Advising clients on trade mark registration, protection and enforcement strategies
- Managing trade mark portfolios, including conducting clearance searches and filing applications
- Handling contentious matters such as oppositions, cancellations and infringement disputes
- Providing strategic guidance to clients on IP-related issues to support business objectives
- Collaborating with other departments to deliver holistic IP solutions
