WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience working as a Paralegal or Legal Professional, ideally with experience in the trade mark and design field.
- Very keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, including liaising with clients and overseas counsel.
- A proven ability to work independently and proactively.
- Self-motivation and ability to manage new and varied challenges.
- Collaborative approach and ability to work well in a team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
This role is aimed at individuals with a very keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills, who are interested in working with international clients and world famous brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in managing global trade mark portfolios
- Co-ordination of multi-jurisdictional filing projects
- Communicating with local counsel around the world
- Reviewing and reporting communications from trade mark offices
- Filing of trade mark and design applications
- Assisting in preparation and filing of notices of opposition/cancellation and compiling evidence as required
- Preparing client communications relating to trade mark and design matters
- Assisting with day-to-day matters associated with running a trade mark and design practice
