WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience working as a Paralegal or Legal Professional, ideally with experience in the trade mark and design field.
• Very keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, including liaising with clients and overseas counsel.
• A proven ability to work independently and proactively.
• Self-motivation and ability to manage new and varied challenges.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work well in a team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

This role is aimed at individuals with a very keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills, who are interested in working with international clients and world famous brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in managing global trade mark portfolios
• Co-ordination of multi-jurisdictional filing projects
• Communicating with local counsel around the world
• Reviewing and reporting communications from trade mark offices
• Filing of trade mark and design applications
• Assisting in preparation and filing of notices of opposition/cancellation and compiling evidence as required
• Preparing client communications relating to trade mark and design matters
• Assisting with day-to-day matters associated with running a trade mark and design practice
