Trade Marketing Assistant

1. Developing the supply chain and biodiesel sales market;
2. Able to travel within Asia region
3. Timely processing of orders and preparation of shipping documents;
4. Handling other document requirement for import and export documentation and co-ordinating closely with trading Dept.
5. Ensure that all imported and exported products conform to government or government agencies rules and policies;
6. Prepare all relevant documents for L/C negotiations with bank;
7. Coordination of delivery, shipment and collection of goods with customers, suppliers, forwarders, shipping companies, contractors for stuffing and unstuffing and other departments within the company/group;
8. Responsible for translation of material requirements to support customers’ and company’s needs;
9. Able to perform ad hoc duties assigned by management
   10.Ability to read and write in Chinese as the candidate need to liaise with our China HQ
10. Must have at least 3 years experience of Import and Export Documentation
11. Singapore or SPR preferred
