Responsibilities:

Trade activation responsibilities

  • Develops the instore communication materials:
  • Layouts (briefs the design agency and does the follow-ups)
  • Production (briefs the production agency and monitors the production process)
  • Delivery (provides the list of pos and keeps track of meeting the deadlines)
  • Monitors the instore implementation of communication materials
  • In charge with the promo communication in our client’s catalogues
  • In charge with the monthly activation guide line (updates, informing the field team and printing)
  • Keeps track and update the POS list
  • Monitors the competition’s instore communicatio

E-Commerce responsibilities

  • Actively support E-Com Team to Master e-commerce fundamentals and Develop a customer centric business
  • Stays up-to-date with market, consumers & competitors by using all available sources to track market/ category shopper activation from diverse perspectives: retailer, channel, total market (local & cross-border)
  • Builds on category shopper insights starting from ‘the whole store’ categories to assess Health & Beauty role in the retailer’s online store
  • Activates Business Drivers: track/ analyze category/ brand/ hero; as well as ‘in-store drivers’: content implementation/ quality, share of assortment, share of shelf, share of promo, launches speed to shelf, execution and visibility, prices, e-planogram (search
