Coty is seeking a highly motivated person to join Coty’s Trade Marketing team for the Europe Distributor Markets. This role will closely collaborate with the full commercial team, Marketing and Sales, with Finance as well as Distributors – working on both Coty Prestige and Consumer Beauty brands. This role will enable the intern to work on two different parts of the Trade Marketing team: Commercial Excellence and Merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:Commercial Excellence:
Advance our total investment tracking capability creating benchmark/guidelines on how to allocate the commercial mix
Support the team on the Monthly Commercial Meeting organization
Map current distribution landscape to identify growth opportunity and risks
Gather best practices on 4P across the region and enable sales manager with clear action plan across 4P
Support the team on pricing via actionable analysis
