Description:

The Trade Marketing Intern On Trade provides support to the Trade Marketing On Trade Team in defining the strategy for approaching on-trade channel.
In collaboration with the Trade Marketing team, he/she will have the opportunity to acquire skills in the analysis, development of promotional plans, activations and ensure their excellence execution by acting in liason with the sales force and the activator team.

Main Tasks

  • Follows the on-trade activities in a cross-functional way, such as market analysis, sales and promotional KPIs monitoring, creating reports to effectively communicate to the sales force.
  • Supports sales campaigns’ organization with an accurate management of external partners (i.e. agencies) and follows offline execution being in constant contact with Regional sales team
  • Aligned with trade and marketing teams and in direct contact with European Brand Owners and local Procurement, supports POSM management end-to-end process, from new materials development, warehouse and stock managent, allocations and orders.
  • Supports sales force and advocacy teams by developing guidelines and standard digital and physical assets
  • Supports the Trade Marketing team in the perfect execution of ad hoc On Trade activities, such us Trade Fairs or industry key events
  • Support the channel plan’s post-evaluations, canvass activities and periodical competitors’ research.

  • Relevant background A candidate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication or similar, you have an educational background which is complemented by an analytical as well as creative mindset. You are able to use Office at an advanced level. You are passionate about the Spirits industry.
