Responsibilities:
ROLE PURPOSE:
To design, develop and implement commercial strategy for Indirect channel to maximize the performance of our products at the point of sales, to increase the demand and to improve our business relation with our commercial partners. Lead the alignment of commercial strategy with marketing goals in line with the ambition of the company.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To design and execute trade marketing activities to support Indirect Channel sales growth and performance
- Contribute to sales team to implement strategic initiatives in order to generate better performance results (Sell out, ROI, Net sales)
- To define strategy for sales basics (Pricing, Distribution, Merchandising & shelving) for our products in the channel
- To develop initiatives and projects to support local and global brands focused on improving profitability.
- To identify market opportunities and generate action plans to maximize the performance of the brands in the point of sales
- To check implementation of promo material at point of sales and secure effectiveness
- To support Indirect channel team on preparation and sales events such as promo negotiations bids and sales orders confirmation
- To plan trade investment for each forecasting cycle
About you
- Experience: Proven solid experience managing indirect channel roles (Trade Marketing/KAM/Revenue Management)
- Education: Graduate degree in Business administration, Marketing, Finance etc
- Technical knowledge Promo plan strategy, pricing, revenue management, distribution
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (advanced excel level)
- Availability to travel 30%- Local
- Fluent English and Spanish, Advanced conversational English- Must have
