REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of professional experience in the FMCG or Drinks Industry with a first experience in people management
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Autonomous, negotiation skills, hands-on mentality, strong advisory and facilitation skills
- A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration within an organization
- Ability to manage simultaneous projects and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, positive, and innovative mindset
- Digital minded, tech savvy and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
PURPOSE
The Trade Marketing (TM) Manager is responsible for the development of the brands in On-Trade channel in the Netherlands. This role serves as a crucial link between sales and marketing, ensuring effective communication and execution of brand strategies. The TM Manager will translate brand strategies and assets into best-in-class channel plans, supporting both short-term and long-term business development through strong plans in presence, visibility and activation. TM Manager will be responsible for ideation, alignment and implementation of the defined plans.
