Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Trade Marketing Manager for our Outdoor (Garden Power) category. This role will be critical in developing and executing strategic trade marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance in the UK market. The ideal candidate will have background in commercial marketing or Sales, an understanding/insight of the garden power tools market, and the ability to drive impactful marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and implement strategic trade marketing plans specifically for the Outdoor (Garden Power) category, aligning with overall brand and business goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales, product management, and brand marketing teams to create and execute promotional plans that drive sales and market share.
  • Identify market opportunities and trends to inform strategic decisions and enhance brand positioning.

Trade Promotions and Campaigns:

  • Plan and execute trade promotions tailored to the Outdoor (Garden Power) category working with brand team for best-in-class execution.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and effective execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of promotions, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and improved ROI
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key commercial teams ensuring alignment on marketing objectives and initiatives.
