Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be the part of our Consumer Products Division, having the chance to work for the whole L’Oréal Adria Balkan region. Position of Trade Marketing Manager requires independent, agile, and organized person who will be responsible for:
- Managing category business strategy and ensuring market implementation.
- Orchestrating key product launches and pushing growth of pillar products using own product, market and consumer expertise in order to contribute to continued growth for the brand and the respective product category.
- Proposing relevant marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail/e-comm/events) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences.
- Closely collaborating with other departments (sales, brand marketing, financial controlling, logistics etc.) and partnering with agencies to build broader business strategy.
- Collecting and analyzing consumer & market insights and competition activities to make relevant recommendations to management - providing regular analysis of product categories performance with actionable insights.
- Adapting communication materials for the local market (point of sale, digital, media).
- Managing trade marketing budget and ensuring adequate budget mix coherent with the product category and brand priorities.
- Making recommendations on media, implementing media & activation plans, and ensuring implementation of trade marketing plan.
