Your Role
We are looking for a result driven and creative Marketing Professional responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of all marketing initiatives in the Hospitality and Residential segment.
The main focus is to define and manage marketing plan for the assigned segments, making sure Operators as well as Technogym Subsidiaries and Distributors get the right support to deliver a superior user experience to guests, students, residents thanks to Technogym products and solutions.

Your Impact

• Define the marketing plan for the segment in terms of campaigns, initiatives, and events by proposing the correct mix of activities capable of achieving the agreed targets in terms of leads, revenues and profitability
• Based on the approved plan, implement all the defined activities by engaging and supporting all the stakeholders involved in the process such as Communication, Digital Marketing, Press & Media, Product Marketing, etc.
• Guarantee and supervise all the trade marketing initiatives across all the world and consolidate results and report
• Verifying that all the communication assets are used to their full potential and that the deployment times are perfectly synchronized with the marketing plan through all the touch points.
• Manage the go to market of specific products by implementing a marketing strategy defined with all the stakeholders involved and supervise the implementation in each country.
• Leverage local best practices to their full potential and reinforce the approach of sharing the knowledge to achieve results, faster.
• Collaborate with Customers to enhance their guest experience thanks to Technogym solution and communication assets.
• Support Operators in developing their marketing initiatives both for their employees and customers.
• Manage the Marketing Budgets for the segment and monitor the ROI of each investment.
• Guarantee the best use of CRM in all the marketing activities

About You

• 4+ years’ experience in similar role and in multinational fast-paced environments
• 1+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing Experience
• Previous experience in Hospitality, Travel & Leisure markets.
• Master’s degree in Marketing, MBA, or other relevant fields, strongly preferred with honors
• Ability to think and act strategically and drive organization toward strategy execution
• Strong financial skills and organization methodologies and processes
• Communication & Presentation skills
• Project Management
• Problem solvingPassion for sports, enthusiasm, humility, pro-activity, and ethics complete the desired profile
