Description:
An exciting opportunity in our commercial sales unit in Agrate Brianza has arisen for a Trade Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for executing the aligned marketing activities linked to the country’s annual business objectives. He/She is responsible for planning and adopting marketing activities for the specific country, securing on time in full execution. The role will adopt the centrally created material and fill the gaps with content when needed for the selected marketing channels fully aligned with the branding rules. Handles and steers the development of brochures, print ads, local event and customer sell in material, and more, in close collaboration with the country director, and EMEA marketing team.
What will you be doing?
- Ensure operative execution of agreed marketing activities in the cluster/country, in alignment with the commercial team.
- Plan and executes successfully marketing activities, supporting the sales team on a daily business.
- Deliver demand via lead generation, nurturing, and conversion programs, in collaboration with EMEA marketing.
- Increase customer engagement through loyalty program execution in collaboration with the EMEA CuEx specialist.
- Adopt marketing materials such as brochures, whitepapers, and case studies, events to support sales and marketing efforts in coordination with EMEA marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of local strategies with global marketing objectives.
- Participate in and contributes to European Marketing projects (launches, initiatives, campaigns, portfolios and so on).
- Support sales for customer meetings, launch material, events, and actions.
- Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders and scales campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Prioritize daily activities and aligns actions to support overall function and business strategy.
- Model company values and behaviors and demonstrates peer leadership to engage diverse audiences through effective collaboration.
- Provide input on individual performance objectives that are aligned with the functional and business strategy.
What will you need?
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent degree
- 3+ years of related experience
- Enlish language , written and spoken, min level B2
- Digital skills
