JOB DESCRIPTION

Join Takeda as a Trade Operations Analyst where you will understand the key internal controls and ability to incorporate into business processes for accurate order fulfillment for the Biological Distributor and Specialty Pharmacy channels. You will articulate verbal and written communication skills to explain business situations and solutions to leadership within Market Access and other internal business partners to drive inventory and order management processes. You will be responsible for achieving results to meet volume demands, support inventory disruptions and order management along with continuous improvement programs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Two to four years of pharmaceutical, customer service, and/or operations experience required.
  • Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills complex business situations and solutions.
  • Practice efficient time management and coordinates tasks, working with applications in a regulated environment. Ability to prepare and execute business meetings virtual, face-to-face, cross functional, local, or global to ensure meeting required deliverables.
  • Professional in-depth knowledge of business processes in the pharmaceutical industry within functionalarea.
  • Knowledge of products and customers channels a plus
  • Problem solving and computer skills are required. SAP, Word, Excel, Outlook, Cognos, Access a plus.
  • Knowledge of Takeda products and Specialty Channel and Biological Distributors a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in matrix environment across multiple business functions.
  • Must be flexible to cover a shift during Customer Service hours of operation: 8:00AM – 5:00PM CST M-F Limited domestic travel, up to 10% per year
